According to the ADP Research Institute, the rate of Americans quitting their jobs is down by 5% from this time last year. Job openings in the U.S. have also fallen 20% from 2022. “The Big Quit of 2022 could be easing into the Big Stay of 2023,” wrote Nela Richardson, ADP chief economist, in her research institute data summary.

The ruling, issued Monday by a federal appeals court, affirms a prior decision from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, which issued the initial denial.
Binance Leaves Canada Due To Stricter Crypto Rules
Canadians will no longer have access to the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world. Binance has announced that it’s withdrawing from the Canadian marketplace due to new stablecoin and investor limits in the country. Back in February, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) released new guidance that gives crypto trading platforms operating in the region 30 days to register or to leave. The crypto firms that decide to register and stay will have to adhere to stricter rules, such as seeking the CSA’s approval before allowing users to buy or deposit stablecoins.

U.S workers are more satisfied with their working lives than they have been in decades, new data has revealed. Around 62.3 percent of employees in the US said they were satisfied with their jobs in 2022, a leap from 56.8 percent just two years earlier. Experts believe the increase reflects the tight pandemic labor market that drove up wages and increased flexible working.

Gov. Ron DeSantis signed bills banning a centralized federal digital currency and government surveillance of finances in Fort Myers Friday. The governor was joined at the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy by Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson and Fort Myers Technical College College President Kathleen Passidomo. There, he signed Senate Bill 7054 and SB 214.
