How To Find A New Job
Finding a new job is hard work and involves incredible stress. If you are out of work, it becomes your primary focus. If you are employed, the job hunt becomes like a second job. Most people only talk about their successes, but may encounter rejections, ghosting and rude treatment. It’s an unfortunate part of the interview process.

Companies Use AI To Monitor Workers—45% of Employees Say It Has A Negative Effect On Their Mental Health
As companies implement return-to-office plans, employers are increasingly interested in utilizing artificial intelligence, not to replace workers, but to watch them. Between March 2020 and June 2023, demand for employee surveillance software grew 54%, according to research from Top10VPN, a virtual private network comparison site. And employees are noticing. Fifty-one percent say they are aware that their employer uses technology to monitor them while they are working, according to data from the American Psychological Association.
Three LinkedIn Red Flags That Could Cost You A Job: ‘Don’t Post When You’re Emotional, Upset Or Angry’
These days, having a LinkedIn profile can be critical to getting a job. There are eight people hired on LinkedIn every minute, according to the site. That’s 480 people hired per hour and 11,520 people hired per day. If you haven’t created a LinkedIn profile yet, don’t wait.
