JPMorgan Chase Lays Off Hundreds Of Employees
JPMorgan Chase & Co., the biggest bank in the United States, is making massive personnel changes as a result of a downward spiral in the housing market. The New York City-based firm is laying off hundreds of home-lending employees and reassigning hundreds more this week, Bloomberg reported. More than 1,000 employees will be affected, with about half moved to different divisions within the company.
