I have lost whatever confidence I have had, because I realized that my enemy is not myself, but the reality where almost all the employers seem to be discriminatory based on ages. I have tried to improve my skills and knowledge and resume and my attitude, interview, etc., all kinds of things that you and other many coaching services and recruiting supporting people are recommending, for the past 3 years. Now, after endless attempts to get a job, endless attempts to improve myself and my resume, nobody paid attention to me, and only time has been passing. Now I am over 60. The reality is cruel, and I am feeling just "tired" of trying. There is no hope, no possibility, no help, nothing. And I am extremely scared of living an empty life to end, feeling like a zombie. For the three years, I have spent more than $1500 to get credentialed as a CFE, Certified Forensic accountant, and paid to keep these credentials, and earned the CPEs, all for nothing. So, as of now, anything I hear from those mentors, advisors, and in this blog or any other linkedin posts, doesn't inspire or motivate me at all. I can't find anything, unless the reality does changes, those employers change. Is there anybody who disagrees with me? Is there anybody who could argue that I am wrong?
You people are amazing, provided all the resources at single place. It made convenience to jobseekers.
