Those who hold a job are worried about its long-term safety. We’ve been locked up indoors with our homebound children, as schools were closed. On social media, at the family dinner table, we fight each other about politics. There’s been an unrelenting tension in the air. We constantly worry about our job security, financial situation and the overall state of affairs of the nation. These and other events have made people feel despondent and depressed. It takes great strength and fortitude to get out of bed each morning.
