Tyson Foods will require all 120,000 of its workers in the United States to get vaccinated. The company is the world’s second largest processor and marketer of chicken, beef and pork. About 56,000 of the employees have already been vaccinated. Tyson CEO Donnie King said in a memo to employee that as the Delta variant and possibly other strains may surge throughout the U.S., “it is abundantly clear that getting vaccinated is the single most effective thing we can do to protect ourselves, our families and our communities.”

This Crypto Scam Bilked Investors Out Of $11 Million—And Paid Action Star Steven Seagal To Promote It
It was a crypto scam straight out of a Steven Seagal movie, featuring the action film star himself, a private eye, a staged kidnapping and millions of dollars that vanished into thin air. Prosecutors say the fraud left nearly 500 investors out more than $11 million in cash and a mix of established cryptocurrencies that they had plunked into a purported crypto-mining operation — with the promise of up to 200% gains within 60-to-90 days.
Cuomo Allies And Advisors Are Split On Whether The Governor Should Fight Or Resign
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s close allies and advisors are split on whether he should resign or fight a wave of sexual harassment accusations. Jay Jacobs, chairman of the New York State Democratic Party and longtime Cuomo confidant, told CNBC late Thursday he has privately told Cuomo he should resign. Although Cuomo did not signal that he would resign, Jacobs said, he believes the governor will do so for the betterment of the state.
Wells Fargo Postpones Return-To-Office Plans By A Month Amid Coronavirus Surge
Wells Fargo has pushed back plans for employees to return to corporate offices by a month in response to the rise in U.S. coronavirus cases. The bank is now aiming to kick off the first phase of its plan on Oct. 4, from a previous Sept. 7 target, according to a memo Thursday from Chief Operating Officer Scott Powell. The move applies to employees who are currently working remotely, not those who are already working on site, Powell said.

All of Uber’s U.S. employees will have to be vaccinated against the coronavirus before returning to the office later this year, but the company fell short on requiring an integral part of its business, its drivers, to get vaccinated. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi explained his thinking Thursday to CNBC.
